El presente trabajo consiste en una relectura de la primera novela de Diamela Eltit, Lumpérica, en 1983, desde los ejes semánticos de mujer, margen y América. Y de la revolución que significara esta novela y su aportación a la literatura chilena e hispanoamericana.
