El criterio de cognoscibilidad en Tomás de Aquino: entre la intencionalidad y la inmaterialidad

Este artículo pretende introducir la discusión actual sobre la importancia de la inmaterialidad y la intencionalidad en la teoría del conocimiento de Tomás de Aquino. La tesis principal consiste en señalar que el problema representado por la inmutación espiritual (immutatio spiritualis) de las lecturas intencionalistas resulta un punto de partida para la argumentación a favor de las lecturas que privilegian la inmaterialidad del conocimiento.
