Nature and moral life: an approach to the issue of natural justice
Keywords:
Natural Law, law, nature, political justice, iusnaturalism.Abstract
(Natural Law) is an issue that is always present in legal debate, basically because it refers to the possible link between Ethics and Law. This paper examines the main topics of classic iusnaturalism, specifi cally in Aristotle and St. Thomas. This is based on two main ideas: the possibility of founding a physis as a rule of behaviour and the confi guration of the problem of justice as an ethical issue instead of a purely legal-positive problem
