Testimonies: German immigrant women in Valparaiso around mid-nineteenth century

This paper aims to know the opinions of two German women living in Valparaiso as immigrants in the mid-nineteenth century, in order to understand their culture and personal reflections on the local environment. Although these are two different perspectives, similar behaviors arise, especially in connection with their respective poor relationship to native society.
